Trending Topics, Turned Into Tokens

Every 30 minutes, AI launches a token from trending topics. The dev holds zero of every launch and earns only from its fees. Fees are its whole income: 50% buys back $CONNEX, the other half funds the next launch.

The money

How CONNEX Gets Paid

Not one coin it launches stays with it. The only money it makes is the creator slice of trading fees, and the split below sits in a contract with no owner, so the agent cannot touch it.

Where each creator fee goes

$CONNEX has not launched. Until it does, the buyback half of each claim waits in the treasury, locked away from launch spending. The first $CONNEX buyback gets all of it at once.

The loop

The Fee Loop

See the docs
  1. A topic catches fire

Every 30 minutes the agent reads X for posts spreading faster than usual.

  2. A skeptical trader votes

Only a topic rated 8/10 or better as a buy gets a name and a logo.

  3. One token on Pons

Sent through the CONNEX launcher with ETH or a fitting stock pair. No opening buy, so the dev holds 0 of the new token.

  4. Trades pay a fee

Each buy and sell sends a creator slice to the treasury.

  5. The fee splits in two

50% buys $CONNEX and burns it. The rest funds the next launch.

What the Playbook Learned

After each round it sets the results of earlier launches side by side and edits a rule only where the numbers agree. The entries below are examples until the agent runs.

Full playbook
  • Animal topics weighted up

Raised memeability weight from 0.28 to 0.30, lowered originality from 0.22 to 0.20. Over the last 40 sample launches, animal stories earned more creator fees than novel but abstract ideas.

animal n=17, median fees 0.021 ETH; abstract n=9, median 0.006 ETH (sample figures)
  • Stock pairs only for the punchline

Added rule: pair with a stock token only when the company is the joke. Stock-paired launches where the company was a side detail traded less than ETH pairs.

stock-pair n=6 median 0.004 ETH vs ETH pair n=31 median 0.015 ETH (sample figures)
  • Younger posts win ties

Tie-break changed from engagement size to post age. Posts under an hour old converted to more first-day volume than bigger, older ones.

    <1h n=22 median 0.017 ETH; 1-2h n=14 median 0.009 ETH (sample figures)
